1. There is no need to return products or orders that have not been shipped

a) Sign in to the member center, select the order to be refunded, and submit the reason for refund and corresponding evidence.

b) Wait for our approval and refund will be completed to your account within 7 working days.

c) You can cancel the refund of the order. After cancellation, the order cannot be refunded again.


2. Orders that need to be returned or shipped

a) Sign in to the member center, select the order requiring return and refund, and submit the reason for return and corresponding evidence.

b) Waiting for our approval, we will provide you with the return address of the products. You need to send the corresponding products back to us according to the return address.

c) After you send the products according to the return address, you need to submit the logistics information and logistics evidence of the return to us.

d) Waiting for us to sign for your returned products.

e) We will refund your account within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

f) You can cancel the return and refund of the order. After cancellation, the order cannot apply for return and refund again.
